    针对污水厂残剩污泥量年夜和低C/N污水脱氮碳源不足问题,将残剩污泥破壁作为碳源回用,具有较强的可行性和实际意义。为此,研究了超声结合厌氧消化工艺破解残剩污泥的适合运转参数和溶出物资的结果,并探讨了污泥破解机理。经由过程对SCOD、卵白质、多糖、VFAs的浓度转变趋向进行阐发,肯定了超声结合厌氧消化工艺的最好组合参数:声能密度为1.5 W/mL,处置时候为30 min,厌氧消化处置时候为7 d。对残剩污泥进行超声预处置发觉,跟着声能密度的加强,污泥液相中各物资浓度增年夜,但30 min今后各物资浓度的增加趋向逐步变缓。厌氧消化可以或许帮忙污泥溶胞,而且能够晋升VFAs浓度。经由过程污泥粒径的转变可知,超声能够粉碎污泥的絮体布局,进而加速水解进程,缩短厌氧消化时候。
    Abstract:
    Aiming at the problem of l����Ϸapparge amount of excess sludge and insufficient carbon source for denitrification of low C/N wastewater, it is feasible and practical to reuse the disintegrated excess sludge as carbon source. The optimal operating parameters and the release of dissolved substances in the process of ultrasonic combined with anaerobic digestion for excess sludge disintegration were investigated, and the mechanism of sludge disintegration was explored. By analyzing the profile of SCOD, protein, polysaccharide and VFAs concentrations, the optimal parameters of ultrasonic combined with anaerobic digestion were determined as follows: acoustic energy density of 1.5 W/mL, treatment time of 30 min and anaerobic digestion treatment time of 7 days. Ultrasonic pretreatment of excess sludge showed that the concentration of each substance in liquid phase increased with the increase of acoustic energy density.However,the increasing trend of each substance concentration gradually slowed down.Anaerobic digestion was beneficial to sludge lysis and increased VFAs concentrations. Variations in sludge particle size indicated that ultrasonic destroyed the floc structure of sludge, so as to accelerate the hydrolysis process and shorten the anaerobic digestion time.
